MASTER
The Master, often referred to as the Captain, is the highest-ranking officer onboard and has ultimate responsibility for the vessel, its crew, cargo, passengers, and safe operation. They oversee navigation, safety, regulatory compliance, commercial operations, and emergency response while acting as the primary link between the ship, company, clients, and authorities. Every major decision onboard ultimately falls under the Master's authority and responsibility.
